Terms of Trade

Kalpana Med Supply is a wholesale platform for registered businesses — retailers, wholesalers, hospital suppliers and hospital buyers. By registering you confirm that you are purchasing for business or institutional use and not for personal consumption.

A valid Drug License number and GSTIN are mandatory to register and view wholesale pricing. We may verify these details with the issuing authorities and may suspend accounts with invalid, expired or misused credentials.

• Listed prices are wholesale tier prices; unit rates drop automatically at higher quantities.

• Wholesaler, hospital-supplier and hospital-buyer accounts are quote-only: prices are confirmed by our sales team via the quotation workflow.

• Items marked "Price on Request" are quoted per enquiry based on quantity and availability.

• Freight and GST are calculated at order confirmation or included in the quoted price.

Each product carries a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Stock is reserved only when an order is confirmed — by payment, by quote acceptance, or by admin confirmation — not when a quote is requested. Cancelled orders release reserved stock back to inventory.

A submitted quote request is not a confirmed order. Our team responds with a quoted total and notes; the order is confirmed only when you accept the quotation. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote response.

Eligible orders may be paid online via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking). Institutional buyers settle as per the terms agreed in their quotation. Orders pending payment may be released or cancelled at our discretion after reasonable notice.

Products marked as requiring a narcotics license can only be ordered by accounts with a valid, unexpired Narcotics License on file, including an uploaded document copy. Checkout is automatically blocked for such products without a valid license. All sales of controlled substances follow applicable NDPS regulations and record-keeping requirements.

Delivery timelines are indicative and confirmed with your order. Risk in goods passes on delivery to your nominated address. Please inspect consignments on receipt.

Report transit damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns of correctly supplied pharmaceutical products are governed by applicable drug regulations and our confirmation in writing.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Dumka, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
