Kalpana Med Supply is operated by Kalpana Medical Stores ("we", "us"), a wholesale supplier of medicines, surgical consumables, medical equipment and hospital requisites, serving businesses since 1952. This policy explains what information we collect through the Kalpana Med Supply website and app, and how we use it.

When you register a trade account or place orders, we collect:

Business details — company name, contact person, email, phone number, and delivery addresses.

Regulatory documents — Drug License number, GSTIN, and where required for controlled medicines, your Narcotics License number, expiry date and an uploaded copy of the license document.

Transaction data — orders, quote requests, payment status and purchase history.

Technical data — basic device, browser and usage information used to keep the platform secure and improve performance.

We use your information only to operate the wholesale service:

• Verify your eligibility for pharmaceutical trade (Drug License / GSTIN / Narcotics License checks).

• Process orders, quotations, payments and deliveries.

• Assign a sales representative and communicate order status.

• Meet statutory record-keeping obligations under applicable drug and tax laws.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Uploaded license documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Files are visible only to your account and to our authorised admin team for verification. Expired licenses automatically block checkout for restricted products until renewed.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials; Razorpay handles them under its own PCI-DSS compliant privacy practices. We receive only a payment confirmation reference.

We share data only with:

• Razorpay — to process payments you initiate.

• Logistics/delivery partners — only the details needed to deliver your order.

• Government or regulatory authorities — where disclosure is required by law (e.g., drug control or GST authorities).

Order and license records are retained as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and drug regulations. We apply industry-standard access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS) and role-based access for our staff. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your account data by writing to us. Deletion may be limited where we must retain records for legal compliance (for example, past invoices and drug-sale registers).
